Join us on Hot Docs’ opening weekend for food, conversation with fellow documentary lovers, and live music presented in partnership with Canadian Music Week.

Turning Tables

Turning Tables empowers youth in some of the world’s most troubled regions to tell their stories through music and film. Meet the founders and embark on an 80 minute rollercoaster ride through lost Arab revolutions, activism in Southeast Asia and cries for change from slums in East Africa.

Docs at Dusk: Hip-Hop Evolution

Join us for an outdoor screening of Hip-Hop Evolution, tracing the genres evolution from underground to global phenomenon. The evening starts at 9:00 p.m. with music by Relic The Oddity.
