The Spoke Club (600 King Street West, 4th floor) will be hosting a ‘live’ broadcast of Bravo!FACT Presents on Friday 18 December from 7:45pm to 9:00pm in their screening room.

A chill is in the air on this week’s episode of Bravo!FACT Presents! A Christmas Carl tells a different sort of seasonal tale; the filmmaker in The Island imagines an escape to a tropical paradise; 5 Dysfunctional People in a Car take a drive with Grandma to a seniors’ home; a menagerie of exotic albino animals gather at an igloo at the North Pole in Over My Head; and Where Do White People Go When The Long Weekend Comes?The Wondrous Journey Of Delroy Kincaid explores the chill felt by outsiders in Canada.

Filmmakers and artists involved – including Michael P O’Hara, Powys Dewhurst, and Pat Mills – will participate in a discussion following the half-hour show, to be moderated by member Marcello Cabezas.
