Thomas Balmès Babies will open the 17th Hot Docs festival on Thursday, April 29th, 2010.

Sean Farnel, director of programming for Hot Docs, states that the festival will open “with a joyful work, one that beautifully observes the wonder of nascent life while gently underscoring the connectedness of the human species”.
