The Whistler Film Festival (December 4 to 8, 2013) is proud to announce its 2013 film lineup featuring original films from around the world and more feature premieres than ever before. Under WFF’s Director of Programming, Paul Gratton, the festival’s programming team has curated a stimulating lineup that honours established program areas, while revealing emerging trends that broaden the Festival’s reach and appeal to a wide variety of tastes.

This year festival goers can look forward to 84 films from 14 countries, selected from over 700 submissions, including 42 features and 42 shorts, exhibited on five screens in four theatre venues over five days. The feature program includes an unprecedented 19 World Premieres, 19 Canadian Premieres, 1 English Canadian Premiere, 34 Western Canadian Premieres, 3 British Columbia Premieres, and 7 Whistler Premieres. Screenings are organized in 11 categories.
