Submission Dates & Fees:

“On Time” Entries: Shorts $25, Features $65 by May 1st, 2013 (postmarked or registered on WAB)
Late Entries: Shorts $35, Features $90 by May 10th, 2013 (postmarked or registered on WAB)
Note: Shorts are under 13 min., Features under 130 min.
Movies 13-59 min. are Shorts; 60-129 min. are Features.

Rules:

All entries must be transferred to Region 1 or 0 DVD for preview.
Please include clips and/or trailers of your movie(s) to be used in promoting the festival online.
No DVDs will be returned unless you include $5.95 or whatever it costs to priority mail your stuff back.
All accepted entries will be notified by mail – enclose your name and address.
PLEASE NEVER SEND YOUR PARENTS’ HOME MOVIES!
