Call for Volunteers – 2014 TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL

CALLING ALL FILM LOVERS

TIFF seeks enthusiastic volunteers to join its dedicated team during the 39th Toronto International Film Festival®, which runs from September 4 to 14, 2014. Selected volunteers will engage in a variety of tasks, providing vital assistance and support in welcoming the hundreds of thousands of Festivalgoers who descend upon the city from around the globe to celebrate the best in cinema. In return, TIFF offers great rewards and a diversity-rich programme enhanced by a transformative and unparalleled hands-on learning experience. More than 2,680 individual volunteers contributed efforts during the 2013 Festival, donating over 74,048 tireless hours to activities supporting the 11-day event.

“TIFF Volunteers represent the backbone of the organization, infusing their endemic enthusiasm and infectious energy into the streets and venues of the Festival Village each September,” said Justin Ingraldi, Manager, Volunteer and Intern Resources, TIFF. “We’re recruiting keen individuals with a desire to flex their customer service skills within an exciting, fast-paced environment. We’re proud to have the best volunteers in the world, and we deeply value their commitment to the Festival’s success year after year.”
