Smart, successful, and charming, Elsie is the perfect girlfriend. She also happens to be a serial monogamist, leaving a long trail of broken hearts in her wake. Weaving through the dos and don’ts of modern lesbian relationships, Elsie negotiates ‘coming of middle age’ with charm and wit, and a little help from her friends – until they tell her she’s abandoned one long-term girlfriend too many, and she is compelled to reconsider her approach to dating.
