The feature length documentary, On the Day – The Story of the Spirit of Scottish Pipe Band by John McDonald, will be premiering in 52 Cineplex & Empire Theatres across Canada starting on February 9, 2011.

The film will be screened in full HD and has been remixed in 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound for this special theatrical release.

As filmmaker John McDonald states “Having been to the World Pipe Band Championships on four occasions, I can say that this is BETTER than being there”.
