TORONTO, ON – The countdown to this year’s Great Digital Film Festival is on! Cineplex Events has announced the line-up for its seventh annual celebration of pop-culture films, returning to select Cineplex theatres across Canada from February 5 – 11, 2016.

Canada’s only coast-to-coast film festival brings a week of sci-fi, fantasy and cult fan favorites back to the big screen, often for the first time in digital format. Tickets are now on sale online, via the Cineplex mobile app, and at participating theatre box offices.

“Canadians have such a deep bond with their favourite movies and I think that’s why the festival has been so successful over the years,” said Brad LaDouceur, Vice President, Event Cinema, Cineplex Entertainment. “We’ve made an effort to find out what our guests want to see on the big screen and offer them a memorable week of movies at the affordable price of $6.99 per film.”
