Festival Screening – Sunday, May 10 @ 6pm

A unique documentary celebrating the adventurous life and unconventional work of American-Jewish filmmaker Samuel Fuller (The Naked Kiss, Shock Corridor). Made by Fuller’s daughter, Samantha, the films journeys through a century of American history with Fuller’s fantastic stories, film clips and home movies—including incredible 16mm footage shot on the front lines during World War II. Adapted from Fuller’s autobiography, A Fuller Life is made up of twelve segments, each dramatized by friends and admirers, including James Franco, Wim Wenders, Joe Dante, Jennifer Beals and Buck Henry, creating a posthumous self-portrait of the iconoclastic director in his own words.
