V V S FILMS will release TRESPASS, an edge-of-your-seat action thriller about a family’s struggle to survive a home invasion, on DVD, Blu-ray, Digital Download and Video On-Demand (VOD) on November 1, 2011, across Canada.

Directed by Joel Schumacher and starring Academy Award® winners NICOLAS CAGE (Leaving Las Vegas) and NICOLE KIDMAN (Moulin Rouge), the movie’s world premiere was showcased at a red-carpet gala screening at the Toronto Film Festival this past September.

The talented cast also stars award-winning actors Ben Mendelsohn (Killer Elite, Beautiful Kate) as Elias; Liana Liberato (Trust, TV series Sons of Anarchy) as Avery Miller; and Cam Gigandet (Twilight, Priest, Easy A) as Jonah.

Writer, producer, director Joel Schumacher has some 40 features to his credit including Twelve, The Phantom of the Opera, Phone Booth, Tigerland, Batman Forever, Falling Down, The Client, Flatliners, St. Elmo’s Fire and Dying Young.

TRESPASS reunites Joel Schumacher with CAGE, whom he directed in 8MM and KIDMAN, who worked with him on Batman Forever.
