Applications are now open for the Hot Docs-Blue Ice Group Documentary Fund’s 2013 funding cycle. The $1-million Fund provides development and production grants to African documentary filmmakers, as well as opportunities to access the international documentary community and market.

Applications are open to professional filmmakers who are residing citizens of continental African countries and who work in the region.
