Fighting against South African apartheid, Albie Sachs worked tirelessly to unite all South Africans for a better future. Exiled for being a “traitor,” Sachs went on to pursue additional education as a lawyer in England. With Africa calling him, Sachs left Europe to join the rebuilding of newly independent Mozambique, while struggling for the emancipation of South Africa’s black population.
